Limora is a clinician-led practice dedicated to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care for women in perimenopause and menopause. We focus on understanding each patient's symptoms, health history, and goals, and we take a measured approach to treatment, including hormone therapy when appropriate. Our model is designed for ongoing care and continuity, not one-time consultations or wellness programs.
Limora is a focused menopause care practice built around continuity, clinical judgment, and time—rather than brief, episodic visits.
Limora is intentionally designed to support a manageable patient panel, allowing our clinician to spend adequate time with each patient and provide meaningful follow-up. Menopause and perimenopause care often requires longitudinal assessment, dose adjustments, and ongoing conversation—work that is difficult to do well in brief or infrequent visits. Our structure supports continuity and thoughtful care over time.
Limora does not bill insurance and operates on a monthly membership model. This approach allows care decisions to be made directly between the patient and clinician, based on medical need and individual circumstances. The membership supports ongoing access, follow-up, and continuity of care, rather than one-time or transactional visits.
Menopause care often requires longer visits and ongoing discussion. Membership allows visits to be scheduled with appropriate time to review symptoms, history, and treatment options without rushing through complex decisions.
Membership supports regular follow-up and continuity of care over time. This allows treatment plans to be adjusted thoughtfully as symptoms, lab results, and goals change, rather than relying on one-time or infrequent visits.
Care decisions are made directly between the patient and clinician, based on medical need and individual circumstances. The membership model supports consistent access and follow-up without billing insurance for each interaction.
Limora will be led by a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in menopause and hormone care. Our founding clinician will practice independently within her scope, with a focus on thoughtful, evidence-based treatment and long-term patient relationships. Additional details will be shared prior to opening.
